Dear All,
It gives us great pleasure in announcing the 3rd edition of Annual HYSEA HR Summit 2017, scheduled for 15th December 2017 @ HICC. The emerging HR event of the IT Industry that uncovers the evolving HR trends to challenges the existing practices face, bringing together the thought leaders and HR practitioners on a common platform to exchange views that could set or steer the direction of the IT Industry in general and its core asset, the HR in particular.
HR has long transcended from its existential role of human ‘resource’ management at its inception to being human ‘capital’ management in its coming of age era to become an inseparable partner in strategies of winning, retaining and expanding the customer base for the modern business leaders. Today, more than ever in the past, the IT industry has a delicate balance to maintain between nurturing and protecting its human capital while at the same time challenging and testing it for tomorrow’s opportunity!
The theme for this year’s event “People and Beyond” reflects on the challenges HR faces today due to emerging disruptive technologies and also the role it can play beyond managing people.
