Come and savor the mesmerizing aroma of authentic, succulent Kebabs, Kurries and Parathas at the 10days long festival. Pamper your taste buds with an array of authentic and vibrant dishes. Come and relish the tastefully harmonized menu of authentic dishes from authentic spices to tender meats, aromatic Kurries, and wide varieties of Paratha’s & Rotis are set to tease your taste buds at the ‘kebabs and Kurries & Paratha food festival buffet in Qube Café Restaurant at Siesta Hitech.

The special buffet menu will be churned out by our expert chef. Some of the menu in the food festival are charcoal grilled kebabs mainly galouti kebab, tawa murgh, kasturi kebab, paan patha, machili tikka, galavat kebab, maans ki sula, harabara kebab, Tangidi Kabab, Murgh Kebaba, Sarson Mahi Tikka, Paneer Pasanda Tikka, Paneer Kulcha assorted veg tikkis and traditional curries like mutton rogan josh, murgh nawabi, Lucknowi gosht qurma, Paneer lababdar, Paneer aur Anjeer Ka Rizala, Wide varieties of Kulcha, Paratha and many more with different assorted desserts
